We accept e-transfer, credit card, or cash — whatever’s easiest for you. Payment is due once the job is complete and you’re happy with the work. Larger projects may require a deposit, but we’ll always be upfront about that.
A clear space helps us work more efficiently. If you can, please move furniture or belongings out of the way. If not, no stress — just let us know in advance and we’ll factor that into the job.
We try to book most jobs within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. For smaller fixes (like mounting a TV or repairing drywall), we can often squeeze you in sooner. If it’s urgent, just reach out — we’ll do our best to make it work.
Most of our bookings are scheduled 1–3 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. That said, if you’ve got an urgent job or a small fix that can’t wait, reach out — we’ll do our best to squeeze you in.
We batch smaller jobs together, so if you’ve got a quick fix (like hanging shelves or patching a wall), we can often fit you in faster. Reach out and we’ll let you know our next availability.
Absolutely. We treat your home with respect and always clean up after ourselves — including vacuuming or sweeping the area if needed. The only thing we’ll leave behind is the finished job.
